I am very pleased with this set. I ordered samples and bought knives prior to purchasing the set to make sure it fit my needs. I liked the sample fork and the knife so I bought a complete set.
The utensils are weighted very well and the knives are not too heavy. The pattern is very pretty. We have been using the set for about 3 months now. We put them in the dishwasher and they still look shiny new. I plan to buy more pieces to increase the number of place settings. I wanted to buy ‘Made in the USA’ and am very happy with the quality and beauty of the Martha Washington pattern. I highly recommend this set.

We love that Sherrill Manufacturing has kept manufacturing in the USA and uses fair labor. The set is absolutely beautiful and the quality has been great. I love this set. So much so that after receiving I went back and ordered soup and ice tea spoons. One butter knife has a messed up edge, but from other reviews it sounds like getting it replaced won’t be a problem.

The Martha Washington flatware is a beautiful pattern; pictures don’t do it justice. The flatware is of substantial weight and perfect size. Since it is our everyday silverware, it has been through the dishwasher several times since purchase and has come out shiny new. So pleased with this purchase, I ordered the steak knives and several extra serving pieces which are being delivered today! Thank you for a USA-made product at a reasonable price. Plus we appreciated reading about the sources for the manufacturing process – we live in southwest Pa, the home of stainless and regular steel!
