Return Policy

Our goal is to provide our customers with peace of mind when purchasing our products on the Internet. Therefore, if you are dissatisfied with the product for any reason, except as stated below, you can return it to Liberty Tabletop within 30 days of purchase for a full refund no questions asked. The product must be returned unused and in the original packaging. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. This generous return policy is not designed for customers to order multiple individual place setting samples for review and then return the unselected patterns. In order to keep cost down for all customers, we would ask you to be respectful of this and not use the return policy for this purpose. In the event that such returns are requested, Liberty Tabletop reserves the right to deny such returns.

The Liberty Tabletop return policy is also not designed to allow large purchasers to use and return merchandise. Large orders, in excess of $500.00, or multiple orders for the same customer exceeding this amount, where merchandise is returned after use, are subject to review and denial at the sole discretion of Liberty Tabletop.
