The spoons are a nice addition to my set. The only thing I don’t like is the thinning of the handle as it reaches the spoon. Unlike my other pieces, these are easy to bend as a result.

We bought a whole set of Champlin flatware, a hostess set, and a set of these iced tea spoons. We really love the Champlin design. So far we’ve only used these for dessert, and they have been surprisingly great because the small, dainty spoon bowl forces you to slow down and savor your dessert, and also to really thoroughly chew each bite when it is a more chewy treat like a slice of pecan pie, for example. These would be nice to use with oatmeal, or a yogurt parfait as well. I call a certain man of mine, Snake Throat, because he tends to always swallow his food whole! These more delicately sized iced tea spoons (only the bowl of the spoon is smaller, for those unfamiliar with iced tea spoons. And the handles appear longer and slimmer) have helped him to slow down when he’s attempting to inhale his ice cream all at once! Eating even a little more slowly is always beneficial for our digestive system and overall gut health. So that has become an unintended benefit of these iced tea spoons too Also, Amy from customer service was excellent when I needed help with my order. I left a more detailed review of the flatware under the Champlin flatware sets section. I’m sure we will use these for our iced tea this summer, and possibly even for stirring summer cocktails too!
