Since our purchase of Liberty’s made in the USA flatware we have received several compliments on the set. Previously owning Oneida LTD silver plated flatware we weren’t sure if we would adjust to the look. To be honest I’m very pleased, this set looks great on our table and cleans in the dishwasher. (Previous set was hand washed)
The size and weight of this set is also impressive. Each piece feels comfortable in hand and easy to manage.

Finally a high quality silverware that is made right here in the greatest country in the world, the USA. We first bought samples silverware of different products they offer here on the website, and after using the different models, we decided to go with the Sheffield – 65 Piece Set. And let me tell you, you wont be disappointed if you buy this set.

I waited several weeks after receiving our 65-piece Sheffield flatware to write a review. I was tired of a set of daily flatware, then the plated silver for guests (which required hand-washing and polishing). I could also have elected to take my Mother’s exquisite set of Towle sterling (again – hand-washing and polishing). I’m just over all that. I wanted ONE really good set of flatware! One that suited all our needs, that I could put in the dishwasher, didn’t I have to polish, and that would retain it’s sheen. After 6 samples, we selected the Sheffield. It’s elegant, suitable for everyday as well as entertaining. It’s so well-made, so balanced, so comfortable in your hand – it exceeds all my expectations. It’s just a joy to use everyday and for guests. And of course, it’s made in the USA. I like that you can buy individuals pieces in open stock, matching steak knives, and extra pieces like the desert knives, butter knives, etc. Oh, and don’t forget to follow their instructions for washing them first to remove the dust! This is going to be my “lifetime” set of silver, meaning I hope to never replace it. Sheffield has classic beauty, and the quality is outstanding. One main reason I purchased it is because it is made in the USA. I was fortunate enough to attend a factory tour last month, so now I have the extra joy of seeing how and where my silver was made. I bought a set of soup spoons and iced tea spoons to complement the full service. And if I want additional pieces, I know exactly where I can get them.
