This is a good solid wood organizer. Well sanded and finished. If your worried about capacity I am a one drawer/organizer person. I managed to fit everything i wanted in this thing in a neat organized manner. How much is that exactly? I bought the Betsy Ross pattern and fit 12 dinner knives, 12 dinner forks, 4 desert knives, 12 salad/desert forks, 12 demitasse spoons, 12 teaspoons, 12 place spoons, 12 iced tea spoons, 1 servall, 1 cold meat fork, 1 casserole spoon, 1 pierced serving spoon, 1 serving spoon, annnnd 1 sugar/soup spoon. If i count right that’s 97 pieces. The way I did it I could fit a few more of the forks and spoons if I really wanted to but i have no need.
If i was to want for more it would be a dovetailed version. i would have paid more for a more mechanical construction. This is held together by a few (I count 2) tiny pins and wood glue. For its purpose this is perfectly fine and will last a good while, however if this meats a strong sheering force somehow (dropped off counter with 97 pieces of flatware in it) I suspect the glue will give in pretty fast. Am i complaining? No, I’m happy with my purchase.g

As described. No complaints. Totally recommend. Kind of a luxury considering the price, but it is a good purchase. Probably should be dovetailed joinery at this price point. It is very large and is kind of an awkward fit. It is very deep and that makes it difficult to install and remove, but makes it great for holding four sets of flatware with ease. It is not quite as wide or long as my drawer so there are gaps that allow it to move around, but anything other than an customized organizer will be the same. Recommended.
